Me, Jenny, and the Cone

Image
I had my left eye removed last Friday, and I am in the cone for a couple more weeks.  Here is one of my friends in my foster home, Jenny, who has just told me that two weeks is not so long!  That is easy for her to say, because she is not wearing a cone! But I am doing pretty well with it, and the place where my eye was is healing well. And, otherwise, I am doing fine, and still waiting for the perfect forever home! Resting

Image
Hi everyone, and so sorry for the delay in doing a second post!  I have had some eye trouble, and finally my left eye was removed on Friday.  Now I am resting up, and waiting til I can get the stitches removed, which should be in two to three weeks. This picture was taken before my enucleation (eye removal).  Right now I look a little rough, so I am waiting to share new pictures until my surgical site has healed. I have thick curly hair which will soon cover up where my eye used to be. Stay tuned for more from me!
